DIRECTIONS:
Apply shampoo to wet hair, shampoo thoroughly, and rinse. Shampoo the hair again, rinse and towel blot to remove excess water. Proceed to condition.

If you received your order and it was shipped incorrectly (i.e. you didn't receive what you ordered), you can either return the received items for refund or exchange. Any items received based on company (Essations, Inc) error and returned for exchange or refund can be returned through FedEx at the expense of the company. The company will send out replacements for any orders shipped incorrectly at no cost to the customer. Items Returned by Mail: If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return if there is a billing difference.
Shipping Charges: Unless the requested refund is due to company error, we cannot refund shipping charges. Once the returned items have been received by the company, you will be refunded the amount of the product less the shipping charges. Your return will be processed within 5-10 business days after we received the returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are unable to accept the following returns:- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10-14 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on the company's part. In this case, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.All orders can take 1-4 weeks of processing time before it is shipped out.
